Has been buffering on demand tv for weeks, but internet connection is strong. Rebooted today, but now I cannot get the SMART Hub screen - it just keeps circling "Starting" (for past 3 hours.....)
Terrestrial tv is fine, NOW tv works, but cannot get internet for Amazon or Netflix or i-players. SHould I get a new dongle?

Can you try resetting the Smart Hub?
To do this go to Menu > Smart Hub > Smart Hub Reset. You will be prompted to enter a pin. If you have not set one up this will be 0000.
Let us know if this fixes your issue.

I have pressed every button I can find so somewhere along the line I must have sone this - it seems to be working again!
