Hi,
im sure you found a solution by now but if not, or like me you’ve just encountered this issue try this.
The 5600 series uses 2.4ghz where as Tenda mesh uses 4ghz by default. Newer tech can handle this no issue. To fix the problem open the Tenda app and enable “smart assistant.” Connect your tv to the WiFi and it should now connect without issue.
This solved it for me so hopefully it will help out other users
