Before Christmas we purchased UA9000 TV which was delivered on the due date.

Unfortunately Samsung failed to arrange the setup for the same day and after investigating it appeared they had failed to advise the setup team. Being elderly we had to make other arrangements as the very heavy large box was in our hallway across our bedroom door.

This led to a debate with Samsung about the cost incurred for this and took several calls to resolve the issue.

During this course there was mention of a large number of points available but these never materialised either.

I have contacted the live chat support a number of times to resolve this and each time they say they will look into it, resolve the issue and contact me. This they have failed to do

Has anyone else experienced these problems with their after sales support.
