Few days when watch YouTube or prime video oriflix then home settings menu (broadcast,self diagnosis, software update)r grayed out.i can't find no solution.but when you TV then those options not grayed out.only when I click on smart hub pls.give suggestion.tv.model UE48H6400.software version:T-MST14EUC-2900.0.Apps version:6,1741.

This has always been the case that update is not available whilst you on apps source. Change it to tv or any active hdmi and its fine.
