my Samsung smart TV model:UE50H6200AY.3days running it's switching on then with black screen smart hub logo show then going to off and on again and again.i settings something wrong to secret access menu use there I change TV's model no.,etc .all option visit and change something for better service support from tv.at last I click on reset.3/4mins.later tv.black screen show smart hub logo.then only off and on. I know brilliant expert's , engineer here...I need help.how to get tv.asusal..?very tention fell.i bought it 2017.pls .help me.i want to help support, suggestions, advice to run on TV.properly.tnxz for everybody.

Hi @S-m. Do you have any external devices connected to your TV? If so, please disconnect and see if the issue persists.

no now all devices dissconnected.it was connected my mobile,wifi.today I disconnected from wifi with changing password.mobile disconnected today.cale , switch board change today.then press power switch on TV.for 30sec.then plug in and press power bottom tv.again.but no results.only logo show then off and on again and again.tnxz more for replying back.it's a best place to know something and must helpful.

no bro. just now I live in Bangladesh.it's my home country.i I live Italy at least 9 years as a worker.i left Italy 2018.

Hi Carl H,how r u?May God bless you.today I switch on TV.then see only Smart TV logo still more than 30 mins.not off and on.but switch to off on remote then TV not shut down.then I unplug it to off.understand me?now suggest me what happen.. maybe u busy all day.i check u.at last few times ago what change my TV I tell u.pls.suggest me.tnxz a lot .
