tv working no pictures

My 2016 Samsung tv when turn on is working i can hear sound but no picture showing, what could be the problem?

Hey @boy71, let's restart the TV: unplug your TV from the wall socket > Wait 30 seconds, then plug your TV back in > Using your remote, turn your TV on. Should this not help, press the Home button on your remote, can you see the menu on the screen? If so, this would mean that there is an issue with one of your devices connected to the TV, like a Sky box or a Blu-ray player. If no menu is showing, perform a Cold Boot: press and hold the power button on the remote control > Continue to hold the button until the boot logo is displayed on the screen.

Hi,
My family had the same problem. The Samsung tv was purchased in 2008 and lasted till 2020 with the problem ur facing. I don't think their is a solution for this other than an engineer having a look and costing alot. Best advice buy a new one. My family tired everything.
