Tv wont connect to wifi

My TV all of a sudden stopped connecting to WiFi.

The mac address is invalid.

I have looked through chats and tried all the suggestions but nothing has worked.

I cannot get in to change dns address manually.

Of the things you have tried have you rebooted your router?

yeah I've rebooted router. factory reset tv. but nothing. its not picking up any WiFi networks, not even my phone when it's hotspotted.

it works fine when connected via ethernet cable but not wireless. I don't really want to use cable as doesn't fit properly and have cable running across floor currently

If the mac address isn't available it suggests the WiFi module has failed
