Tv won’t store freesat channels

Hi

just bought a UE43TU8500UXXU all set up fine freestat work but when I switch to Samsung TV app and then back to apps the freesat app vanishes and only way I can find to get it back is to re tune . 

anybidea what I’m doing wrong?

Hey @Simon Moss. Is your TV completely up to date? Head to Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.

Hi no it’s brand new and up to date all

other apps are fine but load Samsung tv and then gimmick for freesat and it’s gone spent an age in phone to tech support no help .
