TV with firmware 2900: Missing apps

i wonder if someone can help. I don´t have the tv model now, but it´s from around 2014. I don´t have search apps option. I can´t find apps that provider told me should be showing in.

Hi, I´ve found it in my phone (I´m not at home at the moment)

UE32H5570.

App vendor said I should be able to find "EITB" called app into videos section.

Right, I see. Is this the only channel/app you are having issues watching? Also, make sure that the TV is running on the latest software version: Menu > Settings > Support > Software update > Update now.

Hi, It is running in latest, I´m 110% sure. I tried also resetting samsung apps, etc. That app should be visible. I can´t search in apps at all, not sure why (I never could). That should be visible, among others.

No, they  didn't.  I guess its because it's old model so they do this you buy a new tv.
