Hi, I have been searching for help on this for 3 days!! The TV was working fine on WiFi - then it just stopped! Cannot reconnect as when I have been into set up I can only get as far as Wired - there is no option to change to wireless and the SWI button is greyed out! Can anyone help?? TV is model : LE40C750R2K

Hey @SuzieT! Can you try power cycling the TV? Unplug your TV from the wall socket > Wait 30 seconds, then plug your TV back in > Using your remote, turn your TV on. Should this not help, reset the TV: Menu > Settings > Support > Self-diagnosis > Reset.
