So only had my Samsung Q9r tv for a year and a half and whilst playing on my PS5 i had noticed some black dots which i am assuming is dead pixels or equivelent. I have contacted Samsung and to my suprise i had learnt you only get a 12 month warranty on TV's.
Am i just being stupid and this is thw norm for veru expensive purchases or is this another costly service theu screw you over with!!
I get a 3 year warranty with my £500 washing machine but 12 months with my £1700 TV, seriously WTF. why has this not been changed or tackled!!
