Hoping Samsung can help, I purchased a 43" TV direct from Samsung in May with the 5 year promotional warranty available. I've tried twice to register, once on the phone with customer services as the website links weren't working and once via live chat. Both times I've confirmation emails saying the claims are being reviewed and will be responded to in 7 days but have heard nothing after either claim.
