Hey @pherrera1968, this doesn't look like an EU model. Have you tried getting in touch with Samsung Technical Support of the country of purchase?

This might sound stupid but have you tried turn the router itself off for a minute or 2 as it will release the dhcp ip allocated address and allow tv to connect. if that fails try connecting to another WiFi like your phone hotspot. if that fails too then your WiFi card is faulty
