I have had my Samsung TV for about five years. In the last 6 months or so, the screen gives a message that the TV is too hot and I need to turn it off. It sets on a Dresser about 14" from the back wall. The other three sides are totally open, nearest walls are 20 ft. This just cannot be ventilation...but I am wondering if there could be dust build-up on something inside. I was starting a chat with a Samsung representative and he asked me about which software it has. I I have no clue what that would be. We do not use all the aspects this TV has...just TV. What would be 'the software' answer?
