TV stuck on one channel

Quite often when I turn on my TV it is stuck on the last channel I was watching the previous day.

All other functions are working. I have two remotes so that isn't the problem.

I have checked for firmware updates of which there are none.

The model is UE32M5520AKXXU bought just last year

Could we take the current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV. Also, have you tried a reset on the TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset > PIN. Note, all settings on the TV will revert to factory default settings.

I have been doing this reset about twice a week to no avail.

I was on to Samsung chat about it and they told me that after doing a reset I should also turn off the standby auto tuning. I've now done this so we'll see what happens over the coming days.

I regularly have this problem with my Samsung TV, I've had it 5 years, I'm pretty sure it's always done it, its very annoying, it also randomly cuts out during a programme too!
