TV sleep timer

Hi,

recently I have switched from Phillips to Samsung (didn't want but happened anyway). I really can't think how somebody can make product looks really bad and actually ruin customer's experience. As I have seen here on forum, somebody actually designed Sleeper function to be hidden under layers of menus and only limited number of options is available for this, 4h being shortest one. 

@Samsung UX designer: Are you really thinking this is good way to design one of functions people really use a lot?

You can just turn it off completely rather than have it set to a 4hr timer.

@damima: I'm sorry to hear of your frustration, but I'd like to take a look into this for you. Please can you confirm the model number of your TV? This can be found on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About This TV.
