i have a samsung  tv and when i switch on  a message cmes up sayingset tv up whoch ive done
and it wont dissapear any ideas please

Did you manage to get this resolved? If not, could you please send us the full model code of your TV, and if possible, take a photo of the error message you're receiving please.

how do i send pictures

@qpr1: To add a picture, please tap on the input field (reply to the topic) > Tap the the 3 horizontal dots at the top of the text field to expand the toolbar, then tap the camera symbol to insert a photo. To find out your TV's model number, please check the sticker on the back of the device, or head to Settings > Support > About This TV.

Thank you. Let's unplug the TV for 5 minutes, then plug it back in and power on. Also check you are running Software Version 1300.3 under Settings > Support > Contact Samsung. If not, you can check for software updates through Settings > Support.
