TV@qpr1: To add a picture, please tap on the input field (reply to the topic) > Tap the the 3 horizontal dots at the top of the text field to expand the toolbar, then tap the camera symbol to insert a photo. To find out your TV's model number, please check the sticker on the back of the device, or head to Settings > Support > About This TV.

TVThank you. Let's unplug the TV for 5 minutes, then plug it back in and power on. Also check you are running Software Version 1300.3 under Settings > Support > Contact Samsung. If not, you can check for software updates through Settings > Support.
