TV Screen Lines

Lines are appearing on my screen that kind of reflect whats being projected under. New issue is that at times, it randomly comes back and gets even larger and consistent

It would just be the pixels on your TV showing. Your Device should be fine. Although, I would like to know what TV you have so I can give some further Support.
