Dear Samsung Customer Care,
I am working as a engineer in luxury resort called Saadiyat Rotana Resort & villas , Abudhabi, UAE. We have been using all Samsung LED Hotel TV around 450 units 49 inch & 55 inch for all guest rooms , suits and villas . since a year we have starting facing a issue and receiving complain from guests and housekeeping team about dark patch or spot in corner or top of TV panel . now the issue become very serious as we have around 20 TV same issues defective , we cannot find solution or reason of issue . We need your urgent support to analysis issue and replace panels. Below attached pictures for your reference. TV model Samsung 49 inch – Model # HG49AE690DKXZN & HG55AE690DKXZN

What I would suggest is reaching out to Samsung Support in your region via the link below to inform them of the issue, and an advisor will be able to assist you further, and arrange any necessary repairs.

In the meantime, please try unplugging the TVs at the wall for around 30 seconds, then plugging them back in and powering on using the remote, as this has been known to resolve some picture issues.
