Hello ..On settings tv ..then press Broadcasting...Then Auto tuning settings..The auto tuning does not light up ..The aerial cable works well I have check with another tv .

Please can you help my  tv channels to work again

@Dennis9999 : Have you tried connecting the aerial to both the ANT IN (air/cable) and ANT IN (Satellite Main) ports? Also, if you press the Home button on the remote and head to Source > TV, are you then able to access the Auto Tuning option via Settings > Broadcasting?

Too late ....I had to buy Freeview box

I was told it was Samsung failed to put new software to fix the problem when I press setup

So please beware of new setup on the tv
