I've read through a few solved posts on this matter but can't find a solution for my situation. I bought my series 7 smart TV three months ago and when it was set up, the remote worked perfectly with my cable box. Then it just stopped. It still works perfectly with the TV but the cable box doesn't recognise it anymore.
I tried to set it up again but the manufacturer (Netgen) wasn't listed on the TV. I even did a full factory reset without restoring my settings to start from fresh but still no change
TV is recognising my cable provider as Eir.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
