Just bought Samsung UE43AU7100, it has two remotes, i set the tv up with the smart remote and it works fine but how do i change to using the standard remote because nothing happens when i press any of the buttons on the standard remote.
Hi, double check there's batteries in the remote & are correctly placed, because I also have a Samsung 8 series 55inch smart TV that came with a smart remote & a standard remote & they both work simultaneously.
