My UN50KU6300FXZA TV receives broadcast DTV and my web streaming service just fine. The channel guide shows all the programming available on TV Plus, but when I select a TV Plus channel the screen just goes black. No sound, no messages, no picture, no nothing. Is there something I need to do to enable programming? Any suggestions for a fix would be greatly appreciated.
