Our television was purchased early 2018 - I don't remember the model number at the moment as I am at work but it is a UE50MU........... About 2 weeks ago the TV Plus app would not load. Every time I tried to select a film it switched to one of the other 4000/4001/4002 or 4003 channels. I contacted Samsung and they looked at the television remotely. Reset the Smart Hub twice, reset the television three times and still had the same problem. I was told by Samsung that it is an app issue and to contact TV Plus. TV Plus say its a Samsung problem. Then last night another problem appeared. We couldn't get any terrestrial channels. I have the Live TV Terrestrail app where the television scanned for all the digital channels, but it wouldn't connect and said there is no connection. I then tried TV Plus and was surprised to see that the television channels were on there. Initially selected BBC one but it then went blank. Then after trying again selected BBC one again and managed to watch the programme. I am now concerned that our television has more problems just than an App not loading.
Has anyone else experienced problems with their apps or television?

When you turn on your tv you'll see 3 lines on the left hand side.
Hit the LEFT arrow on remote until the three lines are highlighted, "apps" will pop up.
You'll see a the word "SETTINGS" (shown in picture). Hit the left arrow on remote until its highlighted. Hit the UP arrow on remote. "E-manual" should be highlighted. Hit the RIGHT arrow on remote, "TV DEVICE MANAGER" is at end of list. Select that and the rest is pretty easy.
I wish I could post a video because it would make explaining easier. I hope this helps though!

No, but about a week ago live tv started working again, nothing I did though. Guess problem was solved on their end.

I unplugged my tv. Waited 10 minutes. Plugged back in and I am back in business.😊

I did as one person suggested. Unplugged the tv, waited five minutes, turned back on. TV plus is back!

Same problem - more than half of the TV Plus channels stopped working and displayed "Error". I went to the Network settings, and reset them, and made sure I am on wired internet connection (not wireless). The problem went away!

I don't think anything I tried worked, so just ignored the tv plus for a few weeks. A few weeks later, presto! It's been working fine since.
