On Samsung TV Plus there are a couple channels that I like to watch but what I find very annoying is that the audio is off by about 2 seconds from the video. This only happens with TV Plus. It makes it unwatchable. I use a bunch of other services like YouTube TV, Hulu, Netflix, etc., and I never have an audio issue with those services. Has anyone experienced this problem or have a solution? I have not been able to find anything online regarding it.

Hey @Steve134! Can you send a picture of the following page? Menu > Settings > Support > Contact Samsung. This will show the model number and software version of the TV.

Also, this same problem happens on another TV that is a different model.

Thanks for that, I wanted to make sure that the TV was up to date. Do you have a soundbar or speakers connected to the TV? If so, try disconnecting the sound system and watching Samsung TV Plus again. Also restart the TV: unplug your TV from the wall socket > Wait 30 seconds, then plug your TV back in > Using your remote, turn your TV on.
