@FareedA: It states in the user manual that TV Plus may not be supported depending on the model or geographical area, which may explain why you're unable to find it. Typically it can be accessed by connecting the TV to the internet, then pressing the Home button on your remote and selecting TV Plus from the Smart Hub home screen. Alternatively, head to Home > Live TV > Channel List > Category > Samsung TV Plus.
