Tv pin on tv ks8000

Hi forum 

iv'e just purchased a ks8000 smartvtv  off another user, i was trying to do some alterations on tv, but it keeps asking for pin,it is also set with old users samsung acvount which i'd like to remove.. I've asked previous owner, but his pin fails, I've tried default pin & still no good, also tried the 

mute/2/4/power setting but no good

Hi @Galafootball are you try to reset to default, I do not sure if you will need code for that, but try it.

Also you can use the tecnical service or remote control request for some operations on your TV, ask about it, and try to explain what happened there with the TV.
