Has anyone successfully got any decent support from Samsung regarding picture issues they have with new 2020 (TU) model TVs. As the support I recieved was shocking and useless.

Of course the picture keeps on flickering and seems to have problems with its resolution. It comes and goes so hard to pinpoint it when it will happen. Samsung sent a new firmware of 1305 but it doesnt work. I hope this helps.

Thanks @Rt138. Can you confirm the full model number on the back of the TV (white sticker)? Does this happen with a particular app or with an external device that's connected?
