TV Picture discolouration and speaker problem

My two year old 55” QE55Q60RATXXU started to discolour funny colours... one even completely blacked out. It’s now getting worse. Was couple a times a month, then week now it’s everyday. Not done anything different in two years. Also the sound keep going in and out or Optical and TV even tho it’s wired with cable and settings

I have done all test, reset the tv checked cables check settings everything

Do you have any external devices connect to the TV?

I have one HDMI to the TV to a HDMI matrix 

the matrix has SKY  Q  and PS5 connected

Also has aerial and optical cable and USB Lights
