TV Order Issues

Hi All,

 

I ordered a Q90R late last evening and after 6 attempts (due to technical issues on Samsung website) I was finally able to place my order. Unfortunately, in all this confusion I ended up selecting "Delivery Only" instead of "Delivery, Wall Mount & Cable Concealment". 

 

Spoke to customer care but they said they can't amend the order now to add TV wall mount. The TV is getting delivered tomorrow. One option for me is to take delivery of the TV, return it for a refund and then create a completely new order with the installation, which seems to be too much of an hassle to me.

 

Anyone here got any suggestions to get this sorted without having to return the TV?
