Hi
We have a Samsung UE40J5200AK tv.
We have had this for a few years and we use it in work to display a information video. This was created in microsoft powerpoint and exported as a MPEG file and always use to work. With covid this has not been used and no im trying to play the same video on the same tv using the same stick and its saying its not supported.
Any idea how i can get this working?
Ive read that samsungs are not able to do this but it did use to work so cant understand why it has stopped
