Tv not displaying properly

Hello, my Samsung TV a Slovakia model with model no: LE40D73BD is displaying this way please what can be the problem.

Ok, thanks. You may need to refer to our support colleagues in Nigeria in this case. However, we are not sure if they will be able to support a TV manufactured in Slovakia.

Based on what you have shown us, it appears there may be a fault with a device connected via the HDMI port. Does this only appear when using this particular HDMI port?
