***TV NO LONGER CONNECTING TO INTERNET THROUGH CABLE

I have a Samsung UN49NU8000. It has been working fine since I bought it. The ethernet cord is plugged into the tv through a Netgear Powerline. A ps5 Is also connected to this device.

Recently, the tv is saying I am connected to the internet, BUT none of the apps are loading, the Samsung tv Plus doesn't even work saying NO INFORMATION, the internet app won't load a web page, yet the tv says connected.

**The kicker is the tv is connecting through the phone hotspot, and through wifi. it is not the NETGEAR POWERLINE because the ps5 is streaming 5 on it fine. 

I do not want the tv on wifi, can anyone help? I have reset the tv multiple times, reset my home router etc. 

any ideas???? faulty connector???

Hi @Anthony1231 

Have you checked that the software of the TV is up to date? You can check this on the Samsung website by searching for your model number and scrolling down the page to the 'User manual & Downloads' section near the foot of the page.
