TV model number (QA65Q70AAKXXT) not available in support page

My Samsung TV's model number is :    QA65Q70AAKXXT

It's a 65" QLED Q70A TV,  Current Firmware Version is 2141.

I want to check if the latest firmware version is available, but when I search for the model number (QA65Q70AAKXXT) on the Samsung support page, it doesn't list any products under this model.

Please help me on this.

@Larry11: I have looked into this for you, and the latest available firmware for this model is ver 2141.2. If you are currently on ver 2141, then you can download and install the update on our website by following the link below, scroll down to Manuals and Downloads > Upgrade File (USB Type) > Download. For guidance, please refer to Firmware Update User Manual, located in the same area of the support page.

@Larry11  Tv firmware information tends to miss out the decimal point, you may well be on the latest firmware.  The firmware before 2141.2 was  2130.8.

Firmware 2141 broke the Internet speeds on Q90A QLED, streaming any YouTube, Netflix videos in 4K is a nightmare. Max speed on TV is showing now below 60mbps with broadband of up to 250mbps.

Do NOT install this firmware 2141 - stay on 2130 if you want to avoid Internet speeds issues on your Samsung TV.
