HELP! TV screen showing screen within a screen and the only button on remote that works is power and volume. Tried turning off/on every way possible. Nothing working. Has anyone ever seen this before??
@Benedict McDonald: If the issue can't be resolved by unplugging the TV at the wall, as per the advise by @Pugs1957 then please confirm the model number of the TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device, and I will look into this further for you.
