TV keeps pressing home button and then go to random channels

I already ruled out the problem being the remote, as it kept doing it even after removing the batteries. The TV goes home and then either goes in Samsung Smart TV, or some other random places. Resetting the TV didn’t work either. What can I do?

What's the model code and current software version of your TV please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
