Hi my Samsung smart keeps changing its local region 

I'm in the UK and I have set to

UK
Yorkshire 
Leeds

So I get local new itv calendar news

It keeps changing to
UK
Yorkshire 
York

And that's it granada reports

How do I stop it doing this
