My bf has upgraded so I've had his tv.

1. How do you add apps? I want dplay but cant find anywhere to add them etc 

2. Wont connect to smart things, tv not even on list yet bf had it working at his home

3. Google home wont connect to it- again bf had it connected

4. Cant cast to tv. I have the option to then tv or phone says no permission, same with facebook watch

Hi @Shauna1. If you press the Home button on the remote, the current apps will be shown at the bottom. If you scroll to the right, can you see and Apps icon? Check there to download more! 

Do you have any SmartThings products? Do you also have the app on your phone (which phone do you have)?

I found the apps but was unable to find the one I wanted to download.

Hey! It is possible that this specific app is not compatible with the TV. Please make sure that the TV is running on the latest software version: Menu > Settings > Support > Software update > Update now and check if the app shows. In regards to Smart Things, can you add the TV manually to the app? You can do it by pressing the + button at the top right > Add device > Follow the instructions. Is your TV connected to a stable Wi-Fi? Do you have your own Samsung account set up on the TV?
