Tv has a black circle

My tv UE65KS8000 has a black circle in the top right corner. It remains there all the time. The picture is good but it's like it's under the screen. Any solutions?

Hi, @Lyndsey1. Can you perform a Picture Test and see if the issue persists? To do this, go to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Picture Test. Let us know how you get on.

I’ve tried a picture test but the problem persists..nothing makes it disappear 😢

Wondering how this turned out I have the same issue repair Co say its impact which we know its not so looking for other things it can be thanks

The circle is growing slowly and I’ve had not resolution at all! I’ve been told it was impact but there’s no chance of that!  I think it’s a fault with the screen. Good luck resolving yours

I have same problem with my 65" Samsung TV. See picture.

I know other cases, on 65" too, so I suspect it's a factory problem.
