Hi All, I have a QE65Q60 TV.
Currently the volume is stuck, some apps do not work, cannot reset tv, firmware will not update even with a USB. It says there the firmware is up to date which it isn't.
Any suggestions what to do would be really appreciated.

Hey @CaptainJack ,
that is odd. Are you following the guide found on the same page that the new software version to upgrade your TV? Can you also confirm if you are using a blank USB stick and extracting the file in the root directory?

Hi Tess, yes and yes. I have used multiple USBs.
Its driving me nuts. Samsung were supposed to be sending me a USB but it has not arrived but not sure what difference it will make.
The TV recognises the USB but still says it is up to date when it is not.

Could you tell us the current software version on your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Hi, software version 1352. Tried a factory reset using the Engineer Remote 4 button settings and still the TV would not reset. It went through the correct sequence but when switched back on it went right back to the old settings.
Pulling my hair out!
