hi good morning.

i am wondering if someone can help .i have a ue48hu7500 tv which is not recording properly. it  is back in for the 5th repair with teamknowhow they are now saying it is a software problem and are refusing to fix it saying i have to wait for samsung to update but it has already been nearly 2yrs.

i have spoke to samsung and there are no plans for update,it has only had one update in the last year.

i have a 5yr guarantee with currys so i assumed they would fix it. can someone please tell me who is responsible for fixing.

thanks Tim

Hi @thejon,  Seems there was an update for this Tv in March but it only work via a USB download via Samsung Support http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE48HU7500TXXU      Any redress would be via  retailer  https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/advice/what-do-i-do-if-i-have-a-faulty-product    Just seen latest post, have replied there but I'm not certain.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
