Does this happen on all sources? If you have a HDMI cable connected to your TV, please try another HDMI cable to rule this out.

TVHi, you have exactly the same model as us and ours is just over 2 Yr old. Ours started with one patch like yours and now it has four. We have had an engineer out to ours yesterday and are now awaiting the report.
