TV Crashes intermittently when using Smart Apps

I've noticed an issue on my QE55Q80AATXXU
Software version is 1807 and states its the latest.

Intermittently on the apps I'm using, the TV will completely crash.
Examples: ITV Hub, BBC IPlayer, Spotify

When this happens, the TV will go completely black and switch off
There is no white closing animation like there normally is if I actually turn the TV off like normal.

I have no issues at all if I watch any content through Apple TV connected via HDMI

Searched on here for something similar but only article was relating to 2013 TV's and this is 2021.

Any help would be appreciated?

Hello. Have you tried to restart TV or reset Smart Hub? If not, try doing.

Sorry I should have said, Yes I have tried both initially a Smart Hub Reset and then a complete TV Factory Reset.

@xSteveuk  Do you know if there an official statement on this somewhere with what apps it's happening with?
Only bought this tv in December so not the best impression for a new TV 😁

Did anyone have any luck here? BBC iPlayer completely crashes and restarts TV regularly unless I pause video every few minutes! Tried Samsung who referred me to the BBC who referred me back to Samsung.

 

I have a QE55LS03AAUXXU, and have tried factory reset, power offs, and reinstalling iPlayer app.

ITV hub recently started freezing on start up.  Need to unplug TV to get any response every time.  Still no apparent solution from Samsung.
