my newish ku6100 tv now boots up with black screen , have to switch source on and hit ok button to clear it ? any ideas out there please ?

What's the current software version on the TV? Settings > Support > Contact Samsung.
What other devices do you have connected to the TV? Are any of these connected by HDMI and are being being left as the source when the TV is switched off?
