TV Black Screen (HDMI)

Hi there

I buy a Samsung TV BU8000 from the official website last week. I found that sometimes the screen will be black for 2-3 seconds and return to normal when I using HDMI.

I try different portal and cable, restart, reset, it still happens, what can I do?

Could we take the current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
