TV and Soundbar out of sync

Just bought a QE50Q60T TV and HW-S40T 2Ch All-In-One Sound Bar. Having, intermittent, problems of the sound going out of sync? Not had a soundbar before. Is this normal? Is there and easy fix?

I just got a QE55Q70T and sonos arc soundbar 2 weeks ago 

sound and vision sync ok on terrestrial tv but are out a bit on on apps such as amazon ...I think there is a delay controller in sounds settings but I’m concerned if I change it I will lose sync on terrestrial
