TV 8500 cannot be registered

I have a TV model "BU8500". When I want to start it needs to go to "Terms and conditions, privacy policy" but the TV cannot be connected to Samsung network. I see a message reading "Model ID and version are not valid" with this error code: 2014506-1

may I ask where did you get your TV from and if you are based in the same country where this was purchased?
