TV 7092 Menu control error - I cannot perform a factory reset

Hello,

I had a problem with the TV the next day after shopping.

I can't reset my TV to factory settings because I can't go to Yes.

And equalizer go right not working.

A tried unplug all cable 10 min and plug only power but not working.

Please help.. 😕

@rolandi350: It seems as though the remote isn't recognising the confirmation tab, and is still controlling the menu behind it. Are you able to try the Smart Remote that came with the TV to see if the same issue occurs? If it isn't currently connected then please refer to page 7 of the user manual via the link below.
