Tune Station App

Hi,

     My TV Model is  UA50MU6100KLX, bought few months back,  the current 2019 tv models has the new Tune Station app.

Which is not available in my App store either.

    I want this app in my TV, 

    I tried  the  USB software update is available in the following link

I have downloaded it , but could n't update also.

Help me in this.

The TV models olders than 2 years usually has no enought space for a lot of apps, for this reason Samsung could be good know what are the most demanded apps for yours and update and adapt app to a new firmware for yours TV. But I supose that at the moment, you will need to wait an update for your TV model if it's captable to apply. Good luck 

[Tune station]

I have an issue with Tune station with suddenly disappeared from my smart monitor M5, I have rest the monitor your Samsung technician came and did a factory reset and still it's not back and told me that the contract with Samsung and tune station is over is this correct
