TUNE STATION APP POPPING UP UNEXPECTEDLY IN CRYSTAL 4K LED SMART TV

The Tune Station app starts whenever I switch to another app and also randomly appears. It is very annoying. Is there any way to uninstall the app? Or  to disable it?
